Jeff is caring and positive trainer who enjoys working with a variety of clients. So whether you are looking to build and define muscles, or just lose weight and slim down, Jeff can create a program specifically for you.
Marianne Helms
Keeping her clients moving is Marianne’s signature style. She likes to keep her fitness routines fresh by adding bursts of cardio or core exercises in between exercises. Marianne says that one of the most rewarding aspects of her job is following her clients’ progress. Whether the client loses a dress size or starts to notice more muscle tone, she is excited know she helped her/him meet some of their fitness goals. Marianne enjoys learning anything new involving fitness and describes herself as caring, energetic and funny.

Loni Pfeil
ISSA certified personal trainer, Loni describes herself as happy, outgoing, caring and assertive. Knowing she is helping others, giving clients hope and showing them that their goals can be reached are the most rewarding aspects of her job. She is a strong proponent for cardiovascular training and overall health. She enjoys strength and weight training as well as core strengthening. Loni says that if you are willing to take a challenge, she is willing to push you to it!

One of Eric’s favorite things about his career is that he is able to design fitness programs that help his clients reach new limits. He describes himself as a strict, yet motivating personal trainer who excels in strength training, muscle development and conditioning. Eric is a black belt in Japanese Kenpo and Marine Corps Martial Arts.

Getting bored with your workout? If so, Jennifer is the certified personal trainer for you. Jennifer loves to create programs specific to the needs and likes of her clients while varying routines to keep the muscles guessing. She is an outgoing, encouraging and compassionate trainer who believes in building her clients’ self confidence as well as their physique.

Amber Toole
Whether it’s feeling healthier, looking better, or reaching their fitness goals, Amber wants her clients to feel they’ve succeeded. She is a dynamic personal trainer who is always positive and encouraging. Amber holds a BS in Physical education and Health and multiple certifications including personal trainer, group fitness instructor. She has been trained in STOTT Pilates, spinning, yoga and urban striptease aerobics. Because of Amber’s wide range of fitness experience, she can incorporate almost any type of workout you want to meet your fitness goals.

Adrien describes himself as hardcore, intense and nice and he enjoys using the HITT method of training as well as circuit training. Adrien’s primary goal when working with clients is to educate them so that they can make healthy lifestyle choices on their own. He believes that if focused, one can accomplish anything they choose.

Gordon Ditchfield
Gordon is an ISSA certified personal trainer who describes himself as energetic, cheerful and helpful. Preferred training methods include selectorized machines and free weights along with cardiovascular training. Gordon enjoys helping people reach their own personal fitness goals and specializes in weight loss and muscle development.
